  3. I think Lennie would carry around a piece of a soft material like a clothe because he likes soft and furry things and it probably keeps him relaxed by feeling it. Another thing he would carry is a small fluffy teddy bear to keep him calm and it's a replacement for the mice he likes to carry around.

  7. I think george would have a pocket knife in his pocket. To use as a tool for food or to cut things. He would also have some change in his pocket hust in case they needed to run. The last thing he would have is pocket lint because everyone has pocket lint in their pocket-sean

I think Lennie would have hair from the mouse that he had in his pocket something else he would have in his pocket is a knife so he would be able to protect himself the last thing I think he would have in his pocket is probably something soft like cloth because he soft things-john

    1. Sean - good thinking about the pocket knife and knife and yes, you're right - sadly we all have pocket lint!
John - ick on the hair, but you're likely right and the knife kind of scares me!

  11. The 3 things that George would have in his pocket are money, his and Lennie's work cards and a small weapon. I think he would bring money so that he can take care of Lennie because with that kind of responsibility he certainly would need to bring money so that he'd be ready for anything that might happen to them. I think that he will also bring their work cards because without them, they wouldn't be able to get a job to support them both. Lastly, I think that he would bring a small weapon with him so that he can protect themselves from anything bad.

    1. Sadly George does have to look out for Lennie and the choices you have made reflect that responsibility. Strong explanation!

  12. If I was to empty George's pocket I think that I would probably find these three things. Money, his and Lennie's work cards and a small weapon.
George will bring some money because in case Lennie gets in trouble, they could easily run away. Also to be able to sustain their daily needs. He will also bring their work cards to show the employer if they ever applied for a job. He will also bring a small weapon, just in case Lennie gets in trouble, he can protect Lennie.

  13. If I was to empty George's pocket I think that I would probably find these three things. Money, work cards and a small weapon. George would probably bring some money because in case of emergency or in case they get in trouble they can easily run away and have something to use to buy if they ever need to buy something. George would probably also bring their work cards so that they will have something to show an employer if they apply for a job to support themselves because George is always the one who's talking to the employer and who's convincing the employer to hire them and not Lennie. Lastly, George would probably bring a small weapon with him so that if anything bad happens, he would have something to protect himself and Lennie as well.

  16. When I empty Lennie's pockets, the first item would be a soft cloth or cotton because he likes things that are soft. The second item would be a dead mouse because he likes to keep little animals & likes to feel them. The last item would be straws of barley because it's to show that it's what he does for a living. -Kaizer
